Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.  To request a return, please contact jamesroseco@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  Returns sent without first contacting James Rose Co may not be accepted.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale:

-earrings, custom or personalized jewelry, items that have been worn, used altered, or damaged after delivery, gift cards, clearance or final-sale items.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact jamesroseco@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  Please allow additional time for your bank of credit card company to process the refund.

HANDMADE JEWELRY

Because James Rose Co. Jewelry is handmade, slight variations in natural stones, pearl, beads, colors, shapes, and patterns may occu. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not consider defects.
